Note:  PeopleSoft will not be used for the Mid-year Evaluation. Therefore the evaluation step-by-step instructions above should be used only for the annual evaluation process.

Performance Management Training

New managers should review the performance management training available at the following link to the DOAS website:

Scroll down to the Areas of Focus and click on the Performance Management Process Overview box. Scroll down to Georgia PMP Overview Documents. Click in the bottom right corner of the boxes to open the documents on the selected topics.

Navigate to previous Performance Management page and click on the Performance Management Training box. Scroll down to Performance Management Training Documents and Videos. Click in the bottom right corner of the boxes to start the videos on the selected topics.
