Sexual Harassment Training

As per the Governor's Executive Order and Statewide Policy, all newly hired DNR full-time and part-time employees, interns and volunteers are required to watch the Sexual Harassment Prevention for Employees video listed below within 30 days of hire and all newly hired supervisors or managers, or those newly promoted to a supervisory/management role are also required to watch the Sexual Harassment Prevention for Supervisors/Managers (Modules 1-5) videos within 30 days of being hired or promoted into a supervisory of management role.

NOTE: On an annual basis, ALL full-time and part-time employees, interns and volunteers will be required to watch the Sexual Harassment Prevention for Employees video. OHR/Division HR Representatives will send out information when it is time for employees, interns and volunteers to watch these videos to meet the annual requirements.

 

Group Viewing of Sexual Harassment Prevention for Employees Video

When viewing this video as a group, each person must complete the Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Acknowledgement Statement as directed below. The person(s) responsible for this group viewing must also complete the Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Spreadsheet for Group Viewing and submit it in electronic format to their Division Personnel Representative.

Sexual Harassment Prevention for Supervisors/Managers

Supervisors and managers will be scheduled for this training through their Division Personnel Representative upon hire or promotion into a supervisory or managerial role. The Division Personnel Representative will submit a New Supervisor/Manager Information form to the Office of Human Resources (OHR) within 3 days of hire or promotion. The OHR representative will enter the data and the supervisor or manager will receive an e-mail from the Georgia Department of Administrative Services (DOAS) with login information and instructions on viewing the training videos for supervisors and managers. These training videos, for supervisors and managers, are accessed through the Department of Administrative Services Learning Management System.

Contractors and Temporary Employees Sexual Harassment Training Information
 
All contractors and temporary employees must watch the Sexual Harassment Prevention Training for Employees video. After viewing the training video, the contractor/temporary employee must complete the Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Video Acknowledgement Statement and return this document to their DNR Supervisor.

Required Documentation:

Upon completion of the required Sexual Harassment Training, ALL employees must complete and sign the Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Video Acknowledgement Statement below, and return the Acknowledgment Statement to the Division Personnel Representative.
