This section contains information about additional access, other than Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service, for HR Administrative functions such as would be needed by HR Administrative staff and some Managers and Supervisors.
Administrative employees who need additional access to the Human Capital Management (HCM) system in TeamWorks (PeopleSoft) must complete and submit a TeamWorks (PeopleSoft) HCM Security Application to the DNR Agency Security Officer in the Office of Human Resources (OHR). This application must be signed by both the employee requesting access and their immediate supervisor prior to submitting to OHR. Once the Security Application is processed, the DNR Agency Security Officer will contact the employee and provide additional information.
Employee who need access as a Time and Labor Central Administrator or Timekeeper must complete the TeamWorks (PeopleSoft) HCM Security Application and check the appropriate box/boxes on Page 2 of the Application in the Time and Labor Section.

Employees experiencing issues with TeamWorks (PeopleSoft) HCM Access, other than Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service, should contact the DNR Agency Security Officer at (404) 656-7560.
